EXCLUSIVE INSURANCE FOR PBUS MEMBERS!

Fox Point Programs has partnered with the Professional Bail Agents of the United States (PBUS) in order to develop a professional liability (also called Errors and Omissions, or E&O) product tailored to their membership base.  This task wasn’t  an easy one, as many insurance companies had stereotypical notions about Bail Agents – ones shaped by television and fiction novels.

Fortunately, Fox Point was able to partner with Hiscox, an insurance carrier willing to take the time to objectively evaluate this unique business. As a result, we are proud to offer a professional liability policy that insures Bail Agents against the unique exposures facing them today.  More importantly, our relationship with PBUS allows us to offer exclusive pricing that is not available anywhere else in the insurance marketplace. Bail Agents must be an active Association member in order to be eligible for this offer.

E&O coverage provides protection against allegations of wrongful acts committed by the Insured.  The policy form extends the definition of covered actions to those relating to the recovery or apprehension of any defendant for which the Insured has provided a bond.

PBUS members who obtain professional liability through Fox Point can also elect to purchase General Liability coverage.
